Lauren Armstrong PT, BScPT
Lauren has been a physiotherapist since 2007. She was born and raised in Nova Scotia where she attended Acadia University for a Bachelor of Science in Biology before going on to complete her bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Lauren has advanced training in several areas including manual therapy, vestibular rehab, TMJ, acupuncture and dry needling.
Growing up Lauren was a competitive gymnast, soccer player and runner who was often injured and experienced firsthand how physiotherapy can help athletes reach their potential. She has worked with many high-level athletes but truly loves helping anyone get back to the activities they enjoy.
While she enjoys working with sports injuries she has a special interest in treating chronic and complicated injuries with a combination of manual therapy, dry needling and specific targeted exercise. She prides herself on helping people return to the highest level of function no matter their age or activity level.

Paul Colebrook PT
Paul Colebrook is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience. He practices in Ottawa, Ontario.
He has worked and travelled as a team physiotherapist for Canoe Kayak Canada (2006-2018), Diving Canada (2013 - 2018) and Team Homan Canadian Women’s Curling (2013-present). During this time he has covered numerous World Championships, World Cups and training camps.
He has been trained at the highest postgraduate level in manual therapy, manipulations (Advanced Diploma / Part B), spinal stability, functional and sport specific rehabilitation, intramuscular stimulation (GunnIMS), and medical acupuncture (CAFCI).

Ashley Dang-Vu
Ashley is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Originally from Montreal, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Concordia University. She has extensive experience in orthopaedic, sports injury, neurological, and concussion rehabilitation.
Ashley enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is dedicated to helping them be pain-free. She promotes active recovery through individualized sessions with her patients, providing therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, dry needling, and self-management strategies to maximize patient success. Ashley is multilingual, offering services in English, French, and Vietnamese.

Sibel Lennon
Sibel has always been fascinated with how the body works. Being a competitive swimmer for 15 years and having experienced herself the benefits of massage, her interest in being an RMT started at a young age.
Sibel graduated from International Academy of Massage in 2010 and has experience treating professional athletes and patients with chronic and acute issues. She is proficient in hearing her patients concerns and tailoring every need with a wide range of techniques. Phillip Liscio has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 9 years.
‘Phil’ has treated many musculoskeletal conditions like neck & shoulder tension, headaches/migraines, low back pain, sciatica, thoracic outlet and carpel tunnel syndromes, strains/sprains, and much more. Benjamin Tobali
Ben graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010. Prior to that he also attended the University of Ottawa where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. Over his career he has gained significant experience assessing and treating patients of all ages in the areas of orthopaedics, sports medicine, workplace injuries, and complex care.
Ben has been on the medical team for numerous national and international events, including world championships and Pan American Games. He is also an advocate for the profession, and is currently the Past-President of the Eastern Ontario District of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.
Ben endeavours to stay current with evidence-informed practices, and has engaged in extensive post-graduate training and certification in a number of areas including manual therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, concussion management, and running injury management, to name a few. Jennifer Vo
(She/Her/Hers)
Jennifer received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from McGill University in 2023. Prior to this, she received her bachelor’s in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. Beyond the classroom, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her background as a competitive gymnast and coach. Jennifer is also certified in pelvic floor physiotherapy with a specialization in female urinary incontinence. Through her education and experience as an athlete, she understands the impact that pelvic health has on the body and strives to provide an open and welcoming environment for her clients. With a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education, she hopes to empower clients to take charge of their care and provide evidence-based treatments to facilitate the process.
